Meta's message fees

Billed by Meta, to your card, on your own WhatsApp Business Account. The rate depends on your country and on whether a message is marketing, utility, authentication or service. We add nothing to it and are not permitted to — see Meta's published rate card for the current numbers, which change from time to time — or estimate your total with our free cost calculator.

Pricing questions

Nothing for your first 1,000 contacts, then ₹96 per 1,000 contacts per month. A 10,000-contact workspace is ₹960 a month; 100,000 contacts is ₹9,600 a month. Every plan includes every core feature and unlimited team members; optional add-ons are priced separately, the same on every plan. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no minimum contract.

Yes, and the catch is the contact limit — the only difference between the free plan and a paid one. The free plan holds 1,000 contacts forever, with no card and no expiry, and it includes broadcast campaigns, keyword chatbots and unlimited agents. Optional add-ons are sold separately, at the same price on every plan, the free plan included: the Messenger & Instagram inbox (₹499 one-time), the Webhooks & API module (₹499 one-time), drip sequences (₹499 one-time), greeting, away and follow-up automation (₹499 a month), the drag-and-drop flow builder (₹499 one-time), WhatsApp forms (₹499 one-time), carousel and offer templates (₹499 one-time), ad attribution (₹199 a month), the WhatsApp shop (₹199 a month), payment links in the chat (₹499 one-time) and the Perfex CRM sync (₹499 one-time). It works as a business because Meta bills you for messages directly, so a free workspace costs us nothing in message fees no matter how much it sends.

Meta charges per message, and the rate depends on your country and the message category — marketing, utility, authentication or service. Meta bills you directly on your own card, against your own WhatsApp Business Account, at its published rates. WabaCRM adds nothing to those fees and could not: a Meta Tech Provider is not permitted to resell them.

No, never, at any size. Add your whole team at no extra cost. This is the main structural difference between WabaCRM and most of the market, where the entry plan caps you at three users and additional agents cost roughly ₹750–₹2,199 each per month.

Any month, up or down, including all the way back to the free plan. The only limit is that you cannot drop below the number of contacts you currently store — delete some first. We will never silently delete contacts for you to make a downgrade fit.

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You cannot add new contacts until you raise the allowance, but existing conversations, campaigns and history keep working. One deliberate exception: an inbound message from a new customer is still captured even if it puts you over, because losing a real enquiry is worse than a small overage.

Online, on our payment gateway's secure checkout — card, UPI or netbanking. What you bought switches on the moment the payment clears, and every payment gets an invoice. Your card and bank details never touch WabaCRM.
