Features Pricing Use cases Compare Blog

Every WhatsApp platform, on the same page

We would rather you compared us properly than took our word for it. Every figure here comes from the other company's own public pricing page, with the date we read it. Where a competitor is better than us at something, that is on the page too.

WabaCRM compared with Wati, AiSensy, Interakt and Gallabox on price, team members and message-fee markup.

How to read any comparison page

Including ours. Comparison pages are written by one of the parties, so here is what to check on anybody's:

  • Is there a date on it?
Pricing in this market changes quarterly. A comparison with no check date is a comparison you cannot trust.
  • Do the seat costs appear?
The headline plan price is rarely the bill. Look for what the fourth, fifth and tenth team member cost.
  • Is there a markup on Meta's fees?
Meta charges per message. Some platforms resell those messages at their own rate. It is often disclosed, but rarely on the front page.
  • Does the free plan actually do anything?
A free plan that cannot broadcast is a demo account. Check what is switched off.
  • Does the page admit any weakness?
A comparison in which one product wins every row was written to be won, not to be useful.

Or just try it — it costs nothing

Free for your first 1,000 contacts, with no time limit and no card. Setting up the workspace takes minutes; connecting a number takes as long as Meta's own review of it.

Sign up with your company email address. No sales call, no onboarding fee, nothing to schedule.

Why this is safe to point your customer list at

Payments are processed by Razorpay on their own checkout — your card details are never entered on, or stored by, WabaCRM. Every inbound WhatsApp webhook is checked against its signature before it is trusted.

Tech Provider is a Meta platform access tier — not a partnership, a reseller agreement or an endorsement.
