Almost every platform in this category charges for a feature tier and then again for each person who uses it. That has a predictable effect: the business puts fewer people on the shared inbox than it actually needs, so customers wait longer for a reply, on the channel they chose because it is fast.
WabaCRM charges for one thing — how many contacts you store — and nothing else. ₹96 per 1,000 contacts a month, free below 1,000, with every feature and as many team members as you like on every plan including the free one. Adding your tenth agent changes your bill by nothing, because there is no line for it.
We also add nothing to what Meta charges for messages. That is not restraint; it is structural. Meta bills conversation fees directly to a card on your own WhatsApp Business Account, and a Tech Provider is not permitted to resell them. A platform that quotes you a per-message rate is either a Solution Partner reselling Meta's credit, or adding a margin you are paying without seeing.
The things we will not print are as deliberate as the things we will. There is no "98% open rate" anywhere on this site — we went looking for the study behind that number and there is not one, and read receipts can be switched off anyway, so no such figure is measurable. There is no claim to be a Meta partner. There is no promise you will be live this afternoon, because Meta verifies businesses on Meta's schedule. Each of those would convert slightly better and each is slightly false.
