Zoko alternative with no per-conversation markup

Zoko is well built for Shopify, and it is unusually transparent about something most platforms keep quiet: its pricing page publishes a per-conversation markup on top of Meta's own fees — $0.015 per conversation on Starter, falling as you pay for higher tiers. In other words the subscription partly buys down a tax on your own messages. WabaCRM never touches your conversation fees, because as a Meta Tech Provider we are not permitted to resell them and have no wish to.

Questions

WabaCRM vs Zoko — common questions

For most teams, yes — and for a small team it is free. WabaCRM costs nothing for your first 1,000 contacts and ₹96 per 1,000 contacts a month after that, with unlimited team members at every size. Zoko's entry plan is $49.99/month. The gap widens as your team grows, because Varies by tier. It narrows if you hold a very large contact list and a tiny team, so check both against your own numbers.

Yes. Your WhatsApp Business Account belongs to your own Meta business portfolio, not to Zoko. Changing platform does not cost you your phone number, your verified display name or your approved message templates — you reconnect the same number to WabaCRM and your templates sync back from Meta.

Export your customers from Zoko or Shopify as CSV and import them here. Numbers are normalised and duplicates caught on the way in.

No. Meta bills you directly for conversations, on your own card, at Meta's published rates. WabaCRM is a Meta-verified Tech Provider — a tier that is not permitted to resell Meta's per-message fees — so there is no markup to remove.

They are older and much better known, with a large library of published customer case studies and prebuilt integrations that we do not match yet. If your decision rests on a specific one-click integration or on seeing dozens of case studies from your industry, that is a real reason to choose them, and we would rather say so here than have you find out in week three.

Comparing something else?

Try it before you cancel Zoko

Free for your first 1,000 contacts, with no time limit and no card. Setting up the workspace takes minutes; connecting a number takes as long as Meta's own review of it.

Sign up with your company email address. No sales call, no onboarding fee, nothing to schedule.

Why this is safe to point your customer list at

Payments are processed by Razorpay on their own checkout — your card details are never entered on, or stored by, WabaCRM. Every inbound WhatsApp webhook is checked against its signature before it is trusted.

Tech Provider is a Meta platform access tier — not a partnership, a reseller agreement or an endorsement.
