Add-ons, each one sold on its own

The core product is the same on every plan. These are the optional pieces you switch on one at a time, from Add-ons inside your workspace, at the price shown here, which is the same on every plan. Each card opens a page that says what the add-on does, what Meta allows it to do, and what it does not.

Not an add-on

The mobile app is on every plan

The Android app signs in to the same workspace, free plan included, and works the inbox from a phone. What the app can and cannot do.

FAQ

How add-ons are sold

No. Add-ons are sold separately, at the same price on every plan, the free plan included. The core product — the shared inbox, campaigns, keyword bots, contacts and the REST API — is on every plan; an add-on is switched on, one at a time, from Add-ons inside your workspace.

No. A one-time add-on stays installed until you remove it, and a monthly one runs for the month paid. Nothing is ever charged automatically: each add-on is an invoice you choose to pay.

No. Meta bills its per-message fees to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account, and WabaCRM adds no markup to them, with or without an add-on. A few add-ons send messages Meta charges for, such as templates, and those are priced by Meta exactly as any other template is.

Why this is safe to point your customer list at

Payments are processed by Razorpay on their own checkout — your card details are never entered on, or stored by, WabaCRM. Every inbound WhatsApp webhook is checked against its signature before it is trusted.

Tech Provider is a Meta platform access tier — not a partnership, a reseller agreement or an endorsement.
